We were founded in Ventura, CA in 2002 as a regional IT services company with a commitment to creating and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with our clients – servicing their strategic and day-to-day IT needs.

Over the years we have added people and processes to enhance our abilities and provide more robust technology solutions.
In 2016, we acquired a business services company, ICS, to incorporate broader change management and operational support services – adding nation-wide project management and service management capabilities to our existing service offerings.
In 2020, we launched a growth initiative to open offices in local communities close to our existing team members, adding locations in communities in Montana, New Jersey, Tennessee and expanded locations in Southern California.
As a global IT services company, we will continue to seek out great team members wherever they may be and prioritize supporting local businesses and business owners with the same dedication to customer service and relationships that have been our cornerstone.
